Kuta beach has become one of the most famous beaches in the world. Located approximately 20 minutes on foot from the hotel, the beach is also known for its big waves that make it a go-to location for surfing festivals. Also, the beach hosts the annual Kuta Carnival every October, which brings together great music, local art, culinary delights, and lots of fun activities for everyone!
Kuta Art Market
Situated next to Kuta beach, and only 25 minutes on foot from the hotel, the Kuta Art Market has numerous shops selling a wide variety of souvenirs and gifts including traditional sarongs, clothes, handicrafts, kites, and paintings. With patience and a cool-head for bargaining, a great deal can be found right around the corner!
Kuta square, is a place where many visitors start their culinary, shopping, or nightlife adventures in Bali. Only 25 minutes on foot from the hotel, Kuta square is lined with shops selling surfgear and restaurants serving up international dishes
One of the latest additions to the strip off Kuta beach, the Beachwalk Shopping Mall boasts a wide selection of international brands and a fine number of excellent restaurants. In addition to being a dining and shopping haven, the design of the mall itself marries the tropical influence of Bali and nature itself; a must-see for any new visitors. Beach walk is 30 minutes on foot from our hotel.
Double Six Beach
Double Six Beach is a beautiful sandy beach located on the west coast of Bali. It is a more peaceful spot than many of the other beaches in the surrounding area, particularly during the daytime, making it perfect for relaxation. If you visit early in the morning, you will almost certainly be able to enjoy the beach in peace.

ECHO BEACH CLUB
Echo Beach is one of Bali’s most recently christened surf spots. The nickname overshadows its local name ‘Pantai Batu Mejan’, after a significant Balinese Hindu sea temple on site. Sharing the serene rice field-landscaped region of Canggu with other wave-riding haunts such as Berawa, Seseh and Pererenan, Echo Beach has become most popular due to its advanced reef breaks, 180-degree seascape and sunsets, and array of delicious seafood cafes set on a high vantage point from where to enjoy it all.
Mall Bali Galeria
Mal Bali Galeria is a large shopping complex conveniently located at the Simpang Dewaruci landmark and roundabout in Kuta. The expansive shopping and entertainment precinct boasts a ‘family mall’ concept, carrying a slogan of ‘enjoy, play, eat, shop’. Various tenants, outlets and event highlights make it a favourite destination among locals and visitors.
Shopping in Legian opens up new horisons for visitors. The main Jalan Legian route is full of fashion boutiques and art shops. One good point from where to start your journey is from the intersection at Jalan Melasti. The adventurous shopper may also opt to try the various small alleys that are further filled with art shops offering fine works at bargain prices. Jalan Legian is an exciting 3km-long route that is best explored on foot. Bargaining skills come in handy here, but for first-timers, a comparison of prices and gradual practice leads to the acquired skill, and the whole process can be a memorable Bali shopping experience and a unique journey in itself.
Discovery Shopping Mall
Discovery Shopping Mall is one among the largest shopping malls in Bali and the second largest shopping hub in Kuta after the newer Kuta Beachwalk. It is located on one of Kuta’s main roads, the Jalan Kartika Plaza, and features a beachside location with an amphitheatre on the sands of Kuta Beach. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport and approximately 45min from Denpasar, Bali’s capital city.
Seminyak is more upmarket with mostly luxury and fashionable high-end restaurants and bars. The atmosphere is much more sophisticated and laid-back than Kuta, and the beach in particular is quieter during the day. Seminyak is also the high end spa and boutique shopping capital of Bali. Nowhere is the upscaling of Bali in recent years more obvious than here.
